The interim management and consultancy services of INFORCOM are complementary to each other. Consultancy contracts include among others analyzing the market and the company, describing a desired situation and planning how this situation can be reached Interim management contracts include the implementation of the recommendations and monitoring of it. The active interim manager does this on the basis of his own analysis and action plan, that it is fixed in consultation with the contractor and INFORCOM.

Change management implies that INFORCOM supports companies/organizations in managing changes. Hereby undesirable situations will be changed to desired situations. Undesirable situations are:

Transitional management implies that INFORCOM temporarily makes managers available to fill a management job so that no organizational vacuum arises. These services are offered in the following situations:

  • a job vacancy is difficult to fulfill and the active manager leaves,
