among others analyzing the market and the company, describing a desired
situation and planning how this situation can be reached Interim management
contracts include the implementation of the recommendations and monitoring
of it. The active interim manager does this on the basis of his own analysis
and action plan, that it is fixed in consultation with the contractor and
INFORCOM.
