INFORCOM works structured and systematically. The method of working is as
follows:

| Step 1. |
In an
acquaintance meeting, overall insight will be obtained of your company, the
organization, the customers, the market and main issues.

| Step 2. |
A written feedback and oral explanation are been given by INFORCOM concerning the way she would want to tackle the
issues generally. In this step a candidate interim manager or consultant is
presented.

| Step 3. |
Familiarization with the candidate interim manager or consultant.
|
| Step 4. |
Contract confirmation.
|
| Step 5. |
Making an action plan. It describes: the development of the assignment,
the planning of the implementation, the monitoring of the execution, the
results to reach and the conditions among which this must occur.
|
|
During the implementation of the assignment, progress reports are made,
that describe the course of the assignment and the possible modifications
in the action plan.
At the end of the assignment, an end report is made, in which the course
of the assignment is memorized and the reached results are reported.

|
The interim manager or consultant is accompanied from INFORCOM by a
Counselor.
|
|
The
contract will be carried out in the best way and capacity and meets the
requirements of good skilled labor. Thereby INFORCOM provide in principle an
effort obligation. Under certain circumstances, INFORCOM also can contract
an agreement with a result obligation. See for this the "Cure

INFORCOM submit themselves to the code of conduct for interim management
bureaus and use a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001.
